CityTowers successfully took over The Fly Condo from First Service Property Management. Set at the intersection of two of Toronto’s most lively streets, Spadina and Front, FLY Condos is right in the center of the Entertainment District, one of the most lively areas of the city. The Fly Condo is a 24 storeys building of 465 units registered in November 2013 as TSCC 2346 built by Empire Communities.
Key areas that we have determined for improvement: make the building the most safest and secure for condo living in the downtown, better communication with residents/owners, ensure better overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property, boosting and developing community spirit with more social events.
Natalie Palyga is a seasoned leader renowned for her expertise in condominium accounting and financial management. With a notable background spanning over 13 years in Hospitality Accounting, Natalie's adept guidance since 2007 has propelled CityTowers' financial prowess. Her strategic oversight encompasses overseeing all corporate finances, taxes, benefits, and compensation, while her active communication with Board Members ensures optimal financial governance for each condominium corporation.
