CityTowers Winter Holiday Celebration Highlights — 2025

CityTowers Property Management Inc. recently hosted a wonderful year-end Christmas celebration that brought our team together in a warm, family-like atmosphere. The evening was filled with meaningful conversations, shared laughter, and engaging stories reflecting the many memorable moments and accomplishments of the past year.

Team members enjoyed reconnecting and reminiscing about challenges overcome and successes achieved throughout the year. The gathering provided a perfect opportunity to strengthen relationships, express appreciation, and celebrate the strong spirit of teamwork that defines CityTowers.

A highlight of the evening was the presentation of the Best Manager of the Year 2025 award. This well-deserved recognition was proudly awarded to Halyna Kozak for her outstanding leadership, dedication, and exceptional contribution to our communities. Halyna has been a valued member of the CityTowers team since 2015, beginning her career as a Site Administrator and growing into her current role as Senior Manager. Her professional journey is a true testament to commitment, growth, and excellence within our organization.

In addition to the Best Manager of the Year award, CityTowers recognized several team members for their outstanding contributions in 2025. Olena Rebenko, Lily Kostur, and Georgette Ganesh were honoured for their leadership and excellence in financial operations, while Kelly Oletic received recognition for her exceptional head office support. The Client Recognition Award 2025 was presented to Garima Bhatt for her outstanding client service and commitment to building strong relationships. Maninder (Manni) Singh received an award for Outstanding Leadership and Supervision.
