This luxurious residential 24 stories, 295 units complex is known for its prime location, exceptional design, and high-quality amenities. In the first week of taking over the management of Platinum Condominiums, we hit the ground running. We conducted an on-site inspection to identify any potential issues that need to be addressed, and we discovered two important issues that we immediately reported to the board of directors. We are pleased to report that these issues will be dealt with promptly to ensure the safety and comfort of all residents. Additionally, we have implemented extra security measures to enhance the safety and security of the building, as we understand the importance of creating a safe and secure living environment for our residents.
