is a respected figure in the condominium industry, having more than 18 years of hands-on experience, managing all types of condominium styles. George has over 30 years in International Real Estate and Property Management, 15 plus years at the Senior/Principal level and has been a Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) for over 15 years. His attention to detail, hard work and perseverance has allowed him to successfully lead the company since 2006 As the founder and owner of CityTowers, Mr. Shalamay is exceptionally proud of the company’s accomplishments over the past 15 years. As the company continues to grow fast, George is steadfast in ensuring that the high level of professionalism exhibited by his staff on a day-to-day basis will never be compromised. Over the past 8 years, George Shalamay served as Chairman of the City of Mississauga Property Standards Committee. He is a frequent speaker on many key-note industry issues at workshops and seminars.

COO, Director, Finance and Administration

joined CityTowers in 2010 and serves as Director, Finance, and Administration. Natalie brought with her over 12 years of Hospitality Accounting and Financial Management experience. At CityTowers Natalie has direct oversight of finance, accounting and administration of condominium corporations, corporate finance, taxes, benefits, and compensation functions. It’s within Natalie’s scope of responsibility to produce CityTowers’ unaudited financial statements and supervise her staff with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. She is also the primary contact between CityTowers’ client corporations and their respective Auditors. Natalie’s unique style of leadership and authenticity takes the customer experience to the next level. She loves her job and goes the extra mile when it comes to attend board meetings and clarify the financial statements and corporation financial position to directors. Natalie’s extensive experience means that she can help clients with a range of issues, including setting up a property during management transition, commissioning new buildings, and accounting support during budget development.

George Kostur, B.Sc., CCM

Director of New Community Development, Integration and Start-Up

George joined CityTowers in 2019 bringing eight years of hands-on experience at an executive level in Condominium Hi-Rise Construction and Development. This allows him to work with many of Ontario's top condominium developers to help bring their project vision to market and, going forward, build harmonious relationships between the developers and owners-elected boards.

Nathan Rahularaj, B Comm., CPA, CGA, ACMA (UK)

Sr. Accounting Manager

Nathan leads CityTowers Accounting Department and brings with him more than 20 years of Property Management and Condominium Accounting experience. Nathan is responsible for producing CityTowers’ unaudited financial statements and assisting CT staff with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. He is also the primary contact between CityTowes’ client corporations and their respective Auditors. Nathan is capable of making the Financial statements “Talk” and enjoys attending board meetings in person to present financial statements to directors.

Team Lead, Director Special Projects

Has experience in managing and overseeing diverse portfolios over 700 units with multiple Shared Facilities. His focus is on achieving the Boards’ goals, maintaining a high property maintenance standard and ensuring that the Corporations we manage maintain a strong financial position. He organized major building renovation, refurbishment and restoration projects as well as supervised the completion of performance audits, reserve fund studies and budgets. Manni was awarded CityTowers Property Manager’s award in 2018.

Abhijit Roy brings more than 30 years of a rich and cross functional experience in managing finance, business, large projects and condominium operations. His skill and expertise encompass through industries like Aluminum, Steel. Engineering construction and Real estate, across three continents. In Europe, Abhijit was part of the largest Steel conglomerate in the world, working as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a Euro 7 billion turnover company. As a Team Lead, Abhijit’s core competence areas include strong analytical and presentation skills, identification of process improvement and cost control in building operations, implement advance management tools like post-project audit, benchmarking and balance scorecard to identify potential improvement areas, to the Condominium Board. His expertise also includes Reserve Fund study analyses, Techno-financial appraisal of the projects, Operating Budget review and presentation, preparation of Standard operating procedures etc. Abhijit was awarded CityTowes Property Manager’s award in 2019.

has extensive knowledge in all areas of Building Operations, including Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Life & Safety systems and has guided Condominium Corporations through several major building upgrades and building renovations throughout his career. Over the past 20 years, Vadim has been instrumental in numerous cost reduction initiatives, actively implementing strategies to maximize value within a diverse portfolio across Ontario. He was awarded CityTowers Property Manager of the 2020 Year Award for providing exceptional service to our client corporations.

Shafeek Shah, CCM

Sr. Accountant

Joined CityTowers in 2011 and brought more than 20 years of accounting experience. Having Accounting Diploma from Humber College, Shafeek is responsible for Accounts Receivables, production of Status Certificates and liaison with residents. He lives and breathes accounting and is excited to apply his extensive experience in accounting in the condominium industry. Shafeek was awarded CityTowers Property Employee of the 2020 Year Award for providing exceptional service to our clients, loyalty, and dedication.

Julia Korobkova


Is responsible for Accounting Payables, payroll and office administration. She is a highly motivated and confident team member with significant international experience. Julia joined CityTowers in 2018 and brought with her seven years of experience as an accountant in a Commercial Property Brokerage. She holds Accounting and Payroll Diploma from Seneca College and completed the Certified Payroll Compliance Practitioner Program at The Canadian Payroll Association. Julia has excellent concentration and conceptual skills, she is detail-oriented, methodical, and trustworthy. Julia continues her education and works hard towards a CPA designation.
