- Maintain a list of all inventories of supplies, equipment and chattels of the Corporation;
- Public Notices, correspondence, newsletters;
- Prepare, sign and assume financial responsibility for status certificates;
- Monthly unaudited financial reports;
- Investment strategies and tracking;
- Management of on-site office including dealing and communication with owners and residents;
- Monthly full building inspection and report;
- Monthly reports to Board and attendance at Board Meetings.
