George Shalamay, B. Sc, RCM, CCM, CIPS, CRAO General Licence Holder

President & CEO

is a respected figure in the condominium industry, having more than 16 years of hands-on experience, managing all types of condominium styles.

George has over 30 years in International Real Estate and Property Management, 11 plus years at the Senior/Principal level and has been Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) for over 14 years. As the founder and owner of CityTowers, Mr. Shalamay is exceptionally proud of the company accomplishments over the past 11 years. As the company continues to grow fast, George is steadfast in ensuring that the high level of professionalism exhibited by his staff on a day to day basis will never be compromised. George Shalamay serves as Chairman of the City of Mississauga Property Standards Committee and is currently the Executive Director of the Mississauga Condominium Alliance (MCA). He is a frequent speaker on many key-note industry issues at workshops and seminars.

Bert Berger, B. Sc, CCM, CPI, CRAO General Licence Holder

Co-President and Senior Property Manager

is a respected figure in the condominium industry, having more than 35 years on the ground experience, managing all types of condominium styles. Bert achieved his Registered Condominium Manager (RCM)

certification in 1994 and his Certified Condominium Manager (CCM) Certification in 2008 and is currently up to date. Bert was a member of the Education Committee for two years with the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) and has taught courses for both ACMO and the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI). Bert possesses a hands-on experience at the Provincial Government levels in making changes to the Condominium Act. He was also successful in getting a private members bill on the floor of the Provincial Parliament to address concerns with the Condominium Act. Mr. Berger was a co-author of the ACMO Guide to the Condominium Act, 1984 which was a publication distributed by the Association to all its members.

Natalie Palyga

Natalie Palyga, B.Sc. , CCM, CRAO General Licence Holder

Director, Finance and Administration

joined CityTowers in 2010 and serves as Director, Finance, and Administration.  Natalie brought with her over 12 years of Hospitality Accounting and Financial Management experience. At CityTowers Natalie has direct oversight of finance, accounting and administration of condominium corporations, corporate finance, taxes, benefits, and compensation functions. It’s within Natalie’s scope of responsibility to produce CityTowers’ unaudited financial statements and supervise her staff with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. She is also the primary contact between CityTowers’ client corporations and their respective Auditors. Natalie’s unique style of leadership and authenticity takes the customer experience to the next level. She loves her job and goes the extra mile when it comes to attend board meetings and clarify the financial statements and corporation financial position to directors.
