We are an independently-owned Canadian organization servicing over thirty-seven (37) condominium corporations. We manage both commercial office buildings and large residential towers, totalling over five thousand one hundred fifty (5,150) suites. GEORGE SHALAMAY, MBA, RCM, CCM, CIPS, CMRAO GENERAL LICENCE HOLDERPresident & CEO

George is a respected figure in the condominium industry, having more than 20 years of hands-on experience managing all types of condominiums. George has over 30 years in International Real Estate and Property Management, 15 plus years at the Senior/Principal level and has been a Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) for over 20 years. His attention to detail, hard work and perseverance has allowed him to successfully lead the company since 2007. As the founder and owner of CityTowers, George is exceptionally proud of the company’s accomplishments over the past 15 years. As the company continues to grow fast, George is steadfast in ensuring that the high level of professionalism exhibited by his staff on a day-to-day basis will never be compromised. Over the past 8 years, George served as Chairman of the City of Mississauga Property Standards Committee. He is a frequent speaker on many key-note industry issues at workshops and seminars.

NATALIE PALYGA, B.Sc, CCM, CMRAO GENERAL LICENCE HOLDERCOO & Executive Director

Natalie joined CityTowers in 2007 and brought with her over 13 years of Hospitality Accounting and Financial Management experience. At CityTowers Natalie has direct oversight of Condominium Managers and administration of condominium corporations, corporate finance, taxes, benefits, and compensation. Natalie oversees financial management of each CityTowers’ corporation and maintains active communication with all Board Members. Her unique leadership role also includes ensuring most talented staff are retained to properly address the needs of each condominium corporation. Natalie’s extensive experience and exceptional organizational and management skills resulted in many smooth transitions of management companies to CityTowers’ clients. Natalie goes above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction in all aspects of property management.

LILY KOSTUR, BCOM, FINANCEDirector of Business Development and Client Relations

Lily joined CT in 2009 as an Office Administrator while pursuing her Bachelor of Commerce degree at York University. Since then, Lily has experienced a remarkable progression within the organization, showcasing her dedication and commitment to CityTowers. With a keen business acumen and strategic vision, Lily plays a vital role in spearheading business expansion and exploring new opportunities for CityTowers. As the Business Development Director, she strategically builds the company's brand and drives its growth trajectory.

OLENA REBENKO, MBADirector of Finance

Olena leads CityTowers Accounting Department and brings with her more than 16 years of Condominium Accounting and Financial Audit experience. Olena started her career in public accounting in Boston, USA where over the 7 years she gained significant expertise in financial statements, internal control and compliance working for privately held and publicly traded financial institutions, businesses and not-for-profit organizations throughout New England. After moving to Toronto, Olena solidified her MBA at York University and continued her career in private accounting holding Controller and Treasurer positions, and serving as Accounting and Management Consultant prior to joining CityTowers. Olena’s professional competencies and focus on accurate financial reporting empower CityTowers to consistently deliver comprehensive financial statements to the corporations’ Directors in a transparent and easy-to-read way. She is also the liaison between CityTowers’ client corporations and their respective Auditors and Investment Advisors.

MANINDER (MANNI) SINGH, BA, CMRAO GENERAL LICENCE HOLDERDirector of Operations

Manni has over 12 years of experience in managing and overseeing diverse residential condominium portfolios over 700 units with multiple Shared Facilities. Over the past 12 years, Manni has had progressive career growth with CityTowers, where he organized major building renovation, refurbishment and restoration projects, as well as supervised the completion of performance audits, reserve fund studies and budgets. His focus is on achieving the Board’s goals, maintaining a high maintenance standard for all properties , and ensuring that all client corporations maintain a strong financial position. Manni was awarded CityTowers Property Management of the Year Award in 2018 and 2022.

ABHIJIT ROY, BCOM, ACA, AICWA, CMRAO GENERAL LICENCE HOLDERTeam Lead, Director Special Projects

Abhijit brings more than 30 years of rich and cross-functional experience in managing finance, business, large projects, and condominium operations. His skills and expertise were gained in industries like Aluminum, Steel, Engineering Construction and Real estate across three continents. In Europe, Abhijit was part of the largest Steel conglomerate in the world, working as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a €7 billion turnover company. As a Team Lead, Abhijit’s core competence areas include strong analytical and presentation skills, identification of process improvement and cost control in building operations, implementation of advanced management tools like post-project audit, benchmarking, and balanced scorecard to identify potential improvement areas for the condominium Boards. His expertise also includes reserve fund study analyses, techno-financial appraisal of the projects, operating budget review and presentation, preparation of Standard operating procedures etc. Abhijit was awarded CityTowers Property Manager of the Year Award in 2019.

VADIM SEAGAL, B.SC., RCM, CMRAO GENERAL LICENCE HOLDERDirector Special Projects, Tarion Audit Consultant

Vadim has extensive knowledge in all areas of building operations including plumbing, mechanical, electrical, life & safety systems and has guided condominium Corporations through several major building upgrades and building renovations throughout his career. Over the past 20 years, Vadim has been instrumental in numerous cost reduction initiatives, actively implementing strategies to maximize value within a diverse portfolio across Ontario. He was awarded CityTowers Property Manager of the Year Award in 2020 for providing exceptional service to our client corporations.
